Brian Newberry
VP of Franchise Development
Brian joined the CARSTAR team in April of 2016, and has been an integral factor in growing our network in the Western US.
Before joining CARSTAR, Brian was a member of the 1-800 Radiator Corporate Executive Team, with leadership roles in: Collision MSO partnerships, Supply Chain Management, New Product Development, Sales, and Marketing.
He is a current member of CAA, CIC, and past trustee of CIF (Collision Industry Foundation).

Matt Foxx
Senior Director of Development
Matt oversees the franchising initiatives for CARSTAR on the East Coast. He has been with CARSTAR since 2016 and works closely with all departments to ensure the best experience possible for franchisees. Since joining the team, Matt has helped CARSTAR more than double its market share on the East Coast by building strong partnerships with independently owned single store and multi-store operators.
Prior to joining Driven Brands, Matt has been a part of all aspects of business development with a wide range of companies including Hearst Media, Randstad US and Newell Rubbermaid.
Matt has a BS in Business and Recreation Management from Appalachian State University.

Collin Welsh
Senior Director, National Franchise Development
Collin has been tied to the automotive industry for his entire professional life. Working in various positions from mechanic to management in the auto service, OEM and rental industries, Welsh eventually found his way to CARSTAR over 7 years ago. Originally based in Eastern and Northern Ontario, Welsh spent years cultivating relationships with CARSTAR franchise partners, and also working with them strategically to grow and become multi-storeowners.
Today, Collin manages franchise development of any new locations, mergers or acquisitions that take place throughout Canada.

Jeanette Frazier
National Director of Dealer Franchise Development
Jeanette joined the CARSTAR family in 2020 as Director of Franchise Development for Dealer Groups throughout the United States. She has claims management experience with Progressive and Liberty Mutual. Her most recent experience has been managing large dealership collision centers for the Priority Automotive Group and the Hendrick Automotive Group. Jeanette brings to CARSTAR a wealth of knowledge of OEM certification programs, insurance partnerships and developing revenue streams for dealerships through their collision center.
Jeanette obtained her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana State University.

Aaron Rodgiue
Director of Franchise Development
Aaron joined the CARSTAR family in 2021 as Director of Franchise Development for Independent Collision Centers and Dealer Groups throughout Texas and Oklahoma. He has claims management experience with Progressive Insurance. His most recent experience has been managing large collision centers for AutoNation. Aaron brings to CARSTAR a wealth of knowledge of OEM certification programs, insurance partnerships, Collision Center Fixed Ops, Production management and developing revenue streams for dealerships through their collision center.
Aaron obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism/ Advertising from University of North Texas.

Thomas Bullock
Senior Business Development Manager
Thomas Bullock joined Driven Brands in 2021 and serves as the company’s Senior Manager of Franchise Acquisition & Development for the Collision Segment. Thomas previously worked with the Driven maintenance division with regard to new Franchise Development for the Take 5 brand.
Prior to joining Driven, Thomas spent 3 years in Investment Banking with Jefferies executing various debt, equity, and M&A transactions for businesses in the Consumer & Retail and Franchising sectors.
Thomas graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wake Forest University with a B.S. in Finance.

Jordan Dalinger
Director of Franchise Initiatives
Jordan oversees franchising initiatives for CARSTAR on the West Coast and Midwest. He has been with CARSTAR since the beginning of 2021 and works closely with all departments to ensure the best experience possible for our owners. He has over six years’ experience in the collision sector of the automotive industry, with concentrated efforts in integration, M&A and insurance relationships.
Prior to joining Driven Brands, he worked under a large MSO and his primary focus was on PBA, DRP, and KPI performance for over 300+ shops.
Jordan has a BS in Business Marketing from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
