Jon Gaiman

Driven Brands Chief Development Officer

Jon is responsible for the growth of our portfolio of automotive aftermarket brands. A seasoned development executive, Jon brings a wealth of experience in franchise sales, real estate, construction and design. His leadership and ability to develop high-performing teams led to tremendous growth for national brands such as Starbucks and Dunkin Brands. He excels in working alongside brand leaders to develop shared goals and action plans that drive long-term growth.

Prior to Driven Brands, Jon led the successful expansion of the 3,000 stores for Dunkin Brands, growing the brand’s footprint in the western US markets. While at Starbucks, he was the catalyst of the brand’s expansion from primarily West Coast territories to a strong East Coast presence. He is a proven development leader with an impressive track record of success.

Prior to joining Driven, Ted, along with his father and brother, founded the business of 1-800-Radiator – a wholesale auto parts distribution franchise.  When his family bought the business in the early 90’s there were only 2 company owned stores and by June 2015, when they sold the business to Driven Brands, he had grown the business to over 200 franchised locations across the US and Canada generating over $240M of system wide sales.
Ted graduated with Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Anthropology from the Claremont Colleges in Southern California.
Matt Foxx

CARSTAR Franchise Development Director

Matt oversees the franchising initiatives for CARSTAR on the East Coast.  He has been with CARSTAR since 2016 and works closely with all departments to ensure the best experience possible for franchisees.  Since joining the team, Matt has helped CARSTAR more than double its market share on the East Coast by building strong partnerships with independently owned single store and multi-store operators.

Prior to joining Driven Brands, Matt has been a part of all aspects of business development with a wide range of companies including Hearst Media, Randstad US and Newell Rubbermaid.

Matt has a BS in Business and Recreation Management from Appalachian State University.

Brian joined the CARSTAR team in April of 2016, and has been an integral factor in growing our network in the Western US.

Before joining CARSTAR, Brian was a member of the 1-800 Radiator Corporate Executive Team, with leadership roles in: Collision MSO partnerships, Supply Chain Management, New Product Development, Sales, and Marketing.

He is a current member of CAA, CIC, and past trustee of CIF (Collision Industry Foundation).

Keith Bradley

Keith is responsible for franchise development for the Great Lakes Region.  This includes, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee.  Keith has a proven record of developing markets and is a seasoned veteran in not only business development but operational process and efficiency.

Before to joining CARSTAR, Keith was Vice President of Client Services for Wheels, a large fleet management company, where he oversaw a team of 100 Account Executives responsible for $2.2 billion in revenue.

Prior to joining Wheels, Keith was President of K2J Enterprises, a private company which owned and managed over 10 franchises.  As President, he oversaw all franchise operations, marketing, compliance, finance, and development.

Prior to K2J Enterprises, Keith had a 20 year career with Computershare Investor Services, the largest Transfer Agent in the world.  While at Computershare Keith held several leadership positions, the most recent being Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer.

Mike Schneider

Michael Schneider has spent his entire professional career in the collision repair industry. He started as a technician became a trainer and spent 30 years as a manager and distributor in the automotive refinish business with Akzo-Nobel and Axalta – most recently, as a Business Development Manager in the Midwest and Southeast. He resides in the St. Louis area and is currently covering the Midwest including Texas as a Director of Franchise Development for CARSTAR.

Michael Peterson

Michael Peterson is responsible for researching and engaging in new opportunities to expand our franchised locations in Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, and North & South Dakota.

His experience is primarily in the Automotive Industry with duties ranging from renting cars to managing local insurance relationships to automotive finance and vehicle delivery at companies like Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Lexus, Nissan, Subaru, and Morries Automotive Group in Minneapolis.  Michael Peterson has a B.A. in Business Management from Hamline University in St. Paul, MN.

Collin Welsh

CARSTAR Franchise Development Director – Canada

Collin has been tied to the automotive industry for his entire professional life. Working in various positions from mechanic to management in the auto service, OEM and rental industries, Welsh eventually found his way to CARSTAR over 7 years ago. Originally based in Eastern and Northern Ontario, Welsh spent years cultivating relationships with CARSTAR franchise partners, and also working with them strategically to grow and become multi-storeowners.

Today, Collin manages franchise development of any new locations, mergers or acquisitions that take place throughout Canada.
